I WANT TO LICK THE SPOON!

This morning Paige woke up earlier than usual - which didn't bother me because it was bright and sunny out! Our morning followed the usual routine; wake up, change diaper, put on socks, throw blanket and binki in to crib, walk downstairs, eat breakfast. Everything was going smoothly... UNTIL after breakfast when Paige realized that her blankie and binki were still up in her crib. We spent about 30 minutes crying, begging, pleading but I wasn't giving in. I will break her of this habit! I will win!!! It wasn't even 8:00 am yet and she had no interest in her toys. I didn't know what I was going to do for the next few hours. Since I volunteered to bring cupcakes to a baby shower on Saturday, I decided that this may be a good time to have Paige help make them. So, I pulled the bar stool over to the counter and we were baking at 8:00 this morning.

Ok, so I gave in and gave her the binki. She IS teething, you know. 

Mmmm. I like chocolate!
