Well, it happened. Paige started her first day of real school. Her three-year old preschool class had it's first full day on Thursday. She picked out her own outfit and everything. The hot weather threw me for a loop, since I had a nice fall outfit already picked out, but obviously wasn't going to work. I didn't see it coming, but we both cried during the drop off. After class, Mrs. Drinkard said she did so well and she had a great connection with Paige. Paige came home talking about the day and so excited to go back. I am amazed how far she has come from the super shy girl in our mommy and me classes to now. Mrs. Drinkard said she was very talkative and outgoing. That night before bed she said, "I want to go to school mom - I won't cry, okay?" I said, "I won't either!" I can't believe she is in school now FOREVER. She isn't a baby anymore.
